IT Support is here to help your interactions with technology run smoothly during your studies. If something IT related in the university isn't working right, or you can't access it, contact us below.

IT Support is provided by face to face, by telephone or online. Wherever possible the aim is to resolve your query as quickly as possible by providing you with supportive information, remoting into your machine to fix a problem or by scheduling a visit.

IT Customer Support via telephone and online Monday – Friday 08:30 – 19:00 (17:30 non-term time)
Open access IT Laboratories (ie non timetabled) Monday – Friday 08:30 – 19:00 (17:30 non-term time)
24-Hour Open Access IT Laboratory at Treforest (L201, Library & student centre) Monday – Friday 08:30 – 19:00 (17:30 non-term time)
