The Digital Portfolio Office (DPO) aims to develop and co-ordinate a consistent approach to portfolio management in IT Services and to ensure that the ITS portfolio is aligned to the needs of the University, its Strategy and the Digital Strategy.  It supports the University’s Digital Steering Group and its Themes.

The DPO offers guidance for the lifecycle of a project - from business analysis, through project management to project closure and lessons learned.
