Project Assurance Board (PAB)

Formerly the Information & Systems Implementation Group (ISIB)

Governance for core processes and their underpinning ICT across the institution has an overarching steering group, Strategic Business Process Owners Group (SBPOG), which is supported in its work by the Project Assurance Board (PAB).

SBPOG project requests are authorised and prioritised by SBPOG. New projects are then implemented by PAB in order of priority as soon as the required levels of resources become available. In addition to the implementation of new projects, PAB is also responsible for monitoring progress during the project life cycle providing feedback to SBPOG and ensuring projects are classified and delivered within the University’s Project Management Framework (PMF).
