IT Support is provided by face to face, by telephone or online. Wherever possible the aim is to resolve your query as quickly as possible by providing you with supportive information, remoting into your machine to fix a problem or by scheduling a visit to your desktop.
All contacts are managed by a call management system and you can track your call progress online via our Customer Service Centre Customer Service Centre (CSC).
